Dr. Gootzeit is a highly-trained physiatrist with over twenty-five years of experience in his field. He sees patients at Sheitelman Physical Medicine with offices throughout the state of Arizona, including Surprise, Glendale. Licensed in Arizona, Dr. Gootzeit is board-certified through the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, which is dedicated to providing leadership for the PMR profession and to providing a home to osteopathic PMR practitioners. He is a member in good standing with the American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Regenerative Medicine. The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992. He has been performing regenerative medicine since 2001, conducting adipose stem cell training with the U.S. Stem Cell Training and bone marrow stem cell training with Dr. James Baum.

Sholom Gootzeit, DO, attended the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, and received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1992. Furthermore, he conducted his internship at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY (1992-1996). He has conducted adipose stem cell training with the U.S. Stem Cell Training and bone marrow stem cell training with Dr. James Baum.
